During this workshop, you will receive tools pulled from The Clarity Catalyst Course. This course was based on a Stanford University master’s degree program developed in 1979 to cultivate creativity, authenticity, and self-expression. During our time together we will go over strategies for managing stress and anxiety, communication tools to dissolve disagreements, how to respond instead of reacting, and how to build courage and maintain order in times of uncertainty.
