Headwaters Alliance for Suicide Prevention
Formerly known as the Run, Walk, Skate event, A Walk for Hope is a community event dedicated to raising awareness, breaking the stigma and offering support for those affected by suicide. This event is in partnership with Sanford Health, Bemidji State University Alumni & Foundation, and United Way of Bemidji Area, and is made possible by the Minnesota Department of Health Comprehensive Suicide Prevention Grant. 7AM - 8AM - Registration and Check-in at Paul & Babe 8AM - 10AM - Walk (approximately 5k) starts at Paul & Babe and goes through BSU's campus and loops back to the starting point. This year, HASP's priority population is youth. To help us track youth engagement, you'll find two registration options: Youth Participant and Adult Participant. Bring the young people in your life and join us for the Walk for Hope!
