Description
Bemidji will host the world premiere of “Water from Snow,” a contemporary musical by local playwright Janet Preus. Set in rural Minnesota, it tells the story of a single mother’s journey to peace. The musical features area performers and blends country, blues, pop, and R&B music. It opens April 11 at 7 p.m. at Bemidji’s Rail River Folk School, with consecutive 7 p.m. performances on April 12 at 7 p.m. and April 13 at 3 p.m.
